1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and put into 1 terrine
mould/tin(loaf tin) and bake for 1 hours at 180 deg in a ban marie (deep
tray with water half way up the terrine tin). covered in tin foil.
2.Take out of oven and remove tin foil and cook for further 20 minutes.
Serve warm with a little roast vegetables and salad and drizzle with Just Foods Balsamic , Rosemary & Red wine dressing.
Kids love this healthy option and can easily be sliced up and kept in the fridge for 3 days and put on sandwiches for school lunches ,or easily reheat in the microwave for those rushed dinners!
